only a little bit. if i haven’t eaten for a while and i smoke a cigarette the poor taste in my mouth makes me wanna eat

literally the opposite for me, it increases my appetite by a ton and I also don’t really get cravings for it if my friend has it ill just smoke it too

Eat cinnamon. That will make you unable to eat as much. Smoking helps but once you get used to it your appetite will return to normal.
