Is there any actual scientific evidence that smoking weed will make you look worse?

I hear that it decreases test, decreases estrogen, etc, all these studies are mix ups

The only toxic chemical inhaled while smoking is the carbon monoxide. If you have decent weed ofc. This makes your dht rise up and damages your body. You can reduce and avoid that with charcoal filters or using a dry herb vaper. If consumed via edibles it's even less harmful. I have phases where I smoke like crazy since roughly 5 years and haven't really aged.

Most people who claim that weed harmed them are usually coach potatoe casuals who also consume alcohol & tobacco and other drugs.

The "scientific evidence" might be the chemicals that contains weed in his natural form. You won't find anything that harms the body.
