Does snus make you look worse / affect rosacea? (18m)

Hi, I’m 18 years old and I have a question about snus. Can using snus make your appearance worse over time (for example skin, gums, or overall face)? I’m also wondering if nicotine or snus can make rosacea worse or trigger stronger flare-ups. Has anyone experienced their skin getting more red or irritated because of it?

Rosacea is an inflammatory condition and nicotine is an anti-inflammatory so I'd say that's not something to sweat over. In terms of skin I've not noticed anything even after years of use. Gums can be an issue if you're chronically using them, but that's a given.

Nicotine is a looksmin, it increases your cortisol and causes vasoconstriction which can make rosacea worse over time.
