Well, u cant really 'isolate' much so do
Push-ups
Dips or just triceps push-ups
Pull-ups if you have
Parallel
Squats,
Stiff
calf raise exercise
Abs idk, For more precision, search

Dont do too many reps. If u have a backpack and some weight, use it.
Every workout should have progressive overload
