SORRY. I WAS THINKING ABOUT STARVING, I DID, I EAT GREEN, DIARY, EGGS, VEGGIES AND BANANAS AND I STAY AWAY FROM POISONS LIKE (((Doritos))), SWEETS AND ALL. I BARELY EAT ANY SUGAR AND I TRY TO EAT LIKE A VEGETERIAN. AND I EAT LESS WHILE IM ACTIVE SOMETIMES. I ALSO HAVE BODY DYSMORPHIA.

Hello, i would recommend you to stop eating 3-4 hours before sleeping. This will not just improve your sleep, but will reduce bloating etc. And drink dont drink much water before bed. AND if youre desperate you can get deeper into water pills like furosemide. They will help you lose water quick.
