nigga, sprinting 30min total is fucking bad too, do u spend like 3 hours a day doing that shit. plus after some point u get tired to the level of doing slightly faster than jog and its not a sprint

Does sprinting actually increases ur height by increasing HGH?
It boosts your T and HGH levels but it wont make any changes for your height.

i would say it could definetly help, like anything else that increases hgh does. and sprinting has some other nice benefits aswell along with this.

why would it? I guess the sun might have an ageing effect. Losing a lot of fluid might make you a bit haggard as well but that' easy to recover.
