Online it says no, but I would like this forum’s opinion aswell

it compress's your spine so yes just stick to calisethnetic's and arm and leg workouts but no squats and deadlifts. bench is fine too

They do not but they are harmful and useless exercises either

Doubt it, I started lifting at late 17 and grew from 5’10 to 6’1 at 19 now.

It's just dumb to do it as a teenager. I regret it. it compresses your spine, doesn't even result in an aesthetic look and girls dgaf about big quads. better to just keep playing sports and/or do some sprints

Stretch after your workout and have a good form during the exercise
If you are still a teen then don't over do it

I AM playing sports and doing sprints
I’m an exercisecel, I’m active nearly all day
I’m 16, just asking for my exercise routine. What should I replace it with then

maybe with really heavy weights and over a long period but a small amount i guess
