Used alone steroids hurt most organs and tissues depending on the dose (both infra- and supraphysiological dosages). That's why we have ancillaries to negate side effects. This graph would look completely different if the roiders used dutasteride.

Taking drugs to fix the side effects of other drugs is a good principle even if made fun of, using ancillaries means respecting the body's complexity.

that’s from abusing insanely high dosages, not from controlled use. of course if you’re blasting grams on grams for bodybuilding purposes, pinning such high amounts for years, you’re gonna see cognitive decline. most athletes pin in controlled dosages designed for performance enhancement, not aesthetics. could there be some mild cognitive decline? yes, slightly, but not anywhere near the extreme drop in iq points
