As long as it’s not deformity tier, imo no.
Plus imo, symmetry only matters if your GL to begin with (htn+).
Which is rare in itself

of course it does, what are you gonna do when someone approaches you with an inverted filter on the street

Obviously but does it acc matter if your perfectly symmetrical vs slightly asymmetrical e.g. different zygo size, different jaw width.
 
Not noticeable in motion unless deformed

If you notice it only with the inverted filter, it doesn’t matter too much.

Real asymmetry is noticeable regardless of the plane of view

Yeah that’s what I think.
I asked all my friends if they’ve noticed my assymetry, they all said no.
Not noticeable In the mirror, pics etc. So idk
