Does Tamoxifen cure late stage gyno?

im 19 and i have gyno for about 4-5 years or so , im 179cm and 73kg so im not fat and never really was , just came up as an hormonal imbalance and was told it would go away. it never went away. Fast forward to the present i discovered tamoxifen is good for curing early stage gyno and im curious if it helps with late stage .
