Does test max do anything

I don’t know anything about maxing out my testosterone level but I’m not sure what to do. Could you guys drop suggestions and max out your testosterone level without a young age? Increase growth facial bone growth and density? All I know about testosterone is that it helps you in the gym men in the bedroom is there any supplements that should be taken? I have a decent diet eating a lot of red meat and carbs and healthy fats and what are some foods what can increase your testosterone and what does testosterone do to your face the way people like look at you and kind of make more Attractive to women thank you
