I’ve been working out for around 2 years now. I’ve been also taking vitamin D almost regularly. When I compare my old and new pictures I notice that my skin got a lot darker. Why is that? I was 18 when I started, I’m 20 now.

Lol where did you get that correlation? Higher T equals lower estrogen.

Yes from what I’ve read t does indeed darken the skin hence why males are on average darker and have different undertones than their sisters even

higher t = more t that can be aromatized into estrogen but depends on ur androgen system

Testosterone aromatases in estrogene lol. Therefore if you have more t it must convert more to estrogene to keep it in balance

Only external T. The one produced in your balls doesn’t convert.

Who told you t from your balls doesnt convert jfl
Because I don’t have man boobs. If I inject T I’m going to develop them unless I take E blockers. Makes sense?

you just disproved urself, you dont have enough t to be converted into an amount of estrogen sufficient to developing gyno

So you’re saying that the drop of estrogen that’s supposedly being converted is a sufficient amount to darken my skin?

did you get more sun recently? cus most likely thats why ur skin got darker lmao

Because if you roid and inject you are literally going to have 5000 ng/dl T which means the converted E would be almost as high as the E lvls of a women. Your natty levels reaches maybe 1000 if you are good and this t will get converted in healthy amount E that is proportional to your current T lvls

No. I didn’t get sun for 3 months and my skin is still darker than when I was in the sun.
