Does the BP change how you view normies?

I feel like I have been blackpilled so much that I can't look at normies without the lens of BP. How do you cope after you got blackpilled? Sometime It's kinda ruin my everyday experience to me. Analyzing ppl and their genetic's values unconsciously, it's truth but I wanna forget about it.
