does the dr. pen 'backflow protection' actually mean anything

i am NOT stressing about 40 fucking dollars in the slightest, i'm just trying to figure out if theres any reason worth buying the more expensive one. From m7 to m8 the difference is the speed display, and then from m8 to m8s it's just the 'backflow protection'...

And then there's the deal about the number of needles per cartridge, what is the practical difference between using all of these?

i lowkey think its a good addition to ensure all liquid goes in, thats assuming it actually does what it claims

aight, but how do u decide how many needles to get for your cartridge... like does more needles even help or is it just increasing your infection risk
