Does the number of meals affect anything?

Does it change anything by having fewer meals or more meals a day? Like OMAD or 4 meals distributed throughout the day
 
few meals makes you skinny, more meals make you gain weight.

not really tbh, meal spacing wont change anything if it all happens within 24 hours anyways

Yes, but what about insulin, they say that when we eat more times a day, it ends up contributing to premature aging, he understands?

When I eat less one day, I feel less hungry the next, probably because my metabolism has slowed down.

In this case, it says that eating OMAD, or in this case fewer meals, helps to delay aging

The reason why u feel hungry the next day isn’t because your metabolism slowed down it’s because you’re in an energy deficit
