There has been this wave of these "primal" kids who supposedly fixed acne and somehow increased bone mass by switching to raw animal foods,(could just be puberty/genetics) mainly influenced by Goatis (who I find to be the modern day Andrew Tate, basically preaching the same message about how were all brainwashed. I find him mildly entertaining/humorous). Goatis always talks about being in this state of "euphoria", and actually wanting to live a long life, which I find interesting in my mind because I'd personally rather die quicker because I dislike myself.
One thing that most intrigues me is how they firmly believe the gym tanks your testosterone and ages you, (which, in my opinion unless you are purposefully overtraining and having a negative mindset increasing cortisol then yes it can have those effects, but outside of that I believe it's relatively harmless.)
Has anybody really switched from gymcel "slave" (cooked) food diet to raw foods/no stress lifestyle and seen any of the above benefits? Personally I will carry on lifting (being a coping gymcel supposedly) because I personally enjoy it, I don't put too much stress on myself, I do what I am best at (desdlifting) and find enjoyment from doing it. but yeah they make a lot of strange claims about nutrients being tanked when cooked/many ordinary things supposedly being the death of your health. I want to see if there is any merit.
