i have a lot of behaviour patterns and internalized etiquette rules for myself that seem to make perfect sense and come from experience but have nothing to do with real life in my country.
Maybe even mentioning "my country" is a cope, i am sure i'd be an outcast everywhere.
For me those beliefs and rules are a proof that i in fact am very social, i have those needs and they're very high, but i genuinely can't fulfill them properly....STOP THE SIGMA COPE
