they don't need troops. Ukraine's active soldiers are pretty much the same in number as Russia's. West has given them top notch weapons even better than Russia's and sanctioned the shit out of them

Don't really count it unless they sent troops or strategized with them. I think ukraine commanders were one fighting the war. I don't think USA commanders took part in strategies.

Its because soviet/usa were attacking. Taliban had to defend while hiding among civillians. No way taliban is doing shit if they were on open field fighting out to death. Thats why strategy is important. A better example would be taliban attacking USA and trying to capture it. Just like how america did. In that case, they would get butchered one sided.
