Ive been doing this and noticed my posture improve and shoulders widen. I heard someone mention pendulum swings stimulate the collar bone

1.5 is still a crazy amount of bone plus muscle u could prolly get 3-4Widens clavicle and scapula bones if you are under the age of 25
Don't expect crazy widening though
The most widening you will probably get of pure bone is 2-4 inches if you are already done with puberty
You will probably get a minimum of 1.5 inches in width at the very least but only if you remain consistent with the exercise
And that's not to mention the amount of muscular width you will undergo from this exercise. On average you will get 3-4 inches of width purely from the muscle gains.
I know, right? I was trying to gatekeep this exercise for a long time but now people have found it. Don't go around spreading this information to everybody though. Just keep it to yourself. The amount of inches it can widen the collarbones is crazy if done consistently. Personally I have been doing this for a year and I measured my collarbones at the beginning and now recently and there has been at least a 2 inch difference which is just insane to me.1.5 is still a crazy amount of bone plus muscle u could prolly get 3-4
