How to check whether you have inward or outward gonions (at any bodyfat)
Take a pic of your jaw from underneath
Measure the angle from the widest part of your gonions to the chin
An angle under 60 degrees means inward gonions
An angle between 60-75 degrees means outward gonions
An angle over 75 means flared gonions
