For someone with SFS who requires at least a 4 mm maxillary downgraft, and who already has wide/high cheekbones, positive canthal tilt, a good nose, and thick, positively tilted eyebrows -- does double jaw surgery with downgrafting nearly always turn them into a Chadlite / Chad? Seems to be the case from a lot of the before and afters I've seen.
