Constant fatigue and chest pains for more than two years since the sinovac biotech vaccine, I went to the hospital once a year ago and got an echocardiogram, mri of my heart, x ray of lungs basic bloodwork everything was fine no myocarditis pericarditis but they didn't look much deeper than that

Could I have cancer that havent killed me for more than two years? I tried everything like semen retention, donating blood, sunbathing, raw meat diet, ray peat diet, all the supplements like magnesium vitamin d3/k2, activated b vitamins, aspirin natto etc

2 doses sinovac it's non mrna but the real issue is probably the spike protein not dna modification so end result is the same
