I think this takes into account socializing as a whole. Good luck trying to talk to women in any of those countries as a male yourself. So no, this isn’t about being anti-social, this is likely about how social you can freely be with not only your own gender but also the opposite gender. Take away the opposite gender and you’ll end up high on this list as you can see. That’s my two cents.

I doubt. Why are other muslim countries there too then? There are quite a few christian/other countries which does not have such situation u described.

They do. Other non-Muslim countries don’t allow men to freely socialize with women either. Plus there are also sizeable Islamic communities there.
