Does training the hyoid muscles through exercises such as MPR and chin tucks pose a risk of developing a puffy underchin area, like Michael B Jordan?

you dont engage the muscle. its strictly postural

then you wont have an underchin.

which muscle is it exactly that causes the underchin, and is it possible to accidentally engage it when doing these exercises?
