Or am I just walking around the park with the my shirt off for no reason. From what I see online there’s nothing conclusive on the matter.

vitamin d is easy to get anyway, 20 min of sun exposure gets your minimum requirement

too much sunlight has diminishing returns on libido

cold is what boosts spermatogenesis
 
All the way up to 3300 IU for optimal levels. There is really no point taking 5000 or more because it has already allowed more test production and can’t make anymore.
