If you look at niggas like Gandy, Henry Canvill and other former fatcels, they developed well. They managed to grow to a good height and get good bone growth.

Is it a lie that body fat has an effect on T levels and hgh.

Not weight but the body fat percentage, that is what really matters.

When you're over 20% body fat, your testosterone levels are much lower than when you are in the healthy range (10-20%).
And when you're below 10% body fat, the same applies, your testosterone levels will be compromised by a lack of fat, unless you're using steroids to achieve this level of leanness.

Yeah, that's true, as a kid I was a bit chubby, but as I grew taller, I got more and more skinny, so it doesn't really have an impact for growth unless you're obese or you're a malnourished starving child in a third world country.

he wasn't fat as a kid?

i'd say that level of bf% is ideal for growing
you won't be high enough bf% to be estrogenic, you'll eat enough to produce optimal amounts of test and hgh
