No. Some retarded assumed that because he thought the muscle would get bigger and not give space for the bones to grow, it is wrong

Lifting will give you a decent T boost for around 30m-1h so you could assume that in that time it could be aromatized into E, but the studies I read have not seen any change in E levels (which would fuse your bones)

It could compress your spine and make you shorter by a few mm for like a day, but just like sitting upside down doesn't make you taller, this will not affect your height

I think there was a study about overhead exercises slightly stunting growth, but it is probs bs

I would stay away from overhead exercises. There's no real science behind lifting stunting growth though, so go ahead and lift. You're 6'2 anyway, you should be slaying instead of asking questions in forums like these...

Ego lifting on squats and deadlifts has quite a bit of evidence to support the idea it can stunt growth, so as long as you aren’t a clown in the gym go nuts buddy boyo

It doesn't stunt height growth, but can compress your spine = appearing shorter. So maybe it can. Just be sure to get a min of 8+ hours of sleep if you're lifting, becouse in sleep your spine decompresses.
