Just started another experiment

Trying to figure out whether whey protein adds bloat to the face. I’ve noticed that being without my protein shakes (full fat milk + 2 scoops of whey protein) for extended periods of time, my face is a bit leaner.

But I’m not sure whether its the full fat milk, the whey or both

Can anyone else pitch in?

it’s most likely the full fat milk it might also be something in the protein powder itself as some have added stuff i’d personally use raw whey isolate so that you’re not getting a bunch of unnecessary stuff also try fairlife no fat milk for the milk instead of the full fat milk hope this helps have a great day

Whey is a convenient way of getting in your macros. I’d rather use it than not hit the minimum threshold

Probably debloat if whey concentrate cause of beneficial bacteria and less water retention if avoiding carbs
