Does wisdom tooth make your jaw look wider?

Does wisdom tooth make jaw look wider? Right side wisdom tooth has almost came out completely and it started to look like my right jaw look much wider than the left side.
Left side wisdom tooth is growing sideways(not really sideways but like 40,50 degrees) and i was told it needs to be removed and i am afraid that my right jaw will look wider if i get the left tooth removed.

Yes it has been known for a while

either get the other side extracted too (not recommended),
or talk to your dentist that you would rather widen your palate than get an extraction (recommended).
or you can get an extraction and implant (not recommended)
