Does wisdow teeths affect the jaw ?

we all know removing wisdow teeths cause bone resorbsion and made the jaw worse, but what happens when we simply dont touch them ?

when all the teeths finish to growth, can we observe a improvement in the bigonial widht or something like that ? or it just have no cosmetical effect.

asking because mines are actually growing and i don't know if i should wait they are 100% out before doing surgeries, or if i can start now because nothing gonna happen.
