Was gonna hit a bench pr today. But my bicep tendons hurt start bitch on just 90kg

WHY THE FUCK DOES THIS HAPPEN. BENCH DOESNT EVEN HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH BICEPS :feelswah::feelswah::feelswah:

my triceps hurts me more than my back when I do pullups JFL

Ik it has to do with my roiding. This happened on my last cycle aswell

True. I can still get a good sesh without problems.

But my favorite part of gymcelling is setting prs on bench or calisthenics movements

Dips are great, try to reduceur perceived effort as much as possible. This will definitely change

long head of triceps is active during pullups, you are probably just very triceps dominant and dont do optimal technique

I try, but my body resists it for some reason
It resists because your elbows tend to flare out

By keeping them tucked youre resisting against that

Thats the same on squats, your knees want to cave in but you need to push them out and resist that movement

long head of triceps is active during pullups, you are probably just very triceps dominant and dont do optimal technique
real but i do it with good technique maybe bc i over stretch
