Doesn't it only move the maxilla by like 3mm? That really wont allow you to tilt your head down that much more

I'm just reporting that it's easier to correctly posture my head since my MSE+FM treatment and it has resulted in some subtle changes in the appearance of my eyes, with the caveat that these changes mostly seem to be attributed to the tilt of my head rather than actual changes in the shape of my eyes.
