1. You're curry
2. You look like you don't lift
3. Nobody cares about how many pullups you can do

Just die Manlet
I'm 6 foot 4 and around 198 lbs, you have no idea what you're talking about. And, a while back, on multiple occasions, I proved my height with videos.

No, I trained since 2016, but on and off for months at a time.

In 2016, I went from 138 to 150 lbs.
In 2017, I went from 150 to 160 lbs.
In 2018, I went from 160 to 170 lbs
In 2019, I wasted a year being vegan.
In 2020, I went from 170 to 180 lbs.
In 2021, I went from 180 to 195 lbs.

In 2022, I plan to go from 195 lbs to 215 lbs.
In 2023, I plan to go from 215 to 225 lbs, and then I will gain muscle at a much slower rate unless I take steroids.

The thing is that I have a very big frame but I started lifting when I was malnourished due to ADHD medication. And I had to force feed constantly every day to get to where I am today. Now I can easily consume 3500 calories without feeling like I want to puke, but back then, in the beginning, just consuming 1500 calories gave me acid reflux constantly because my body wasn't used to that.

By the way, 6 foot 4 isn't failo. The taller you are, the bigger your frame will most likely be. And depending on genetics, some will have a bigger or smaller frame for the same height. Like for example, I have a friend who is 6 foot 5 who looked really muscular at 190 lbs, although now at around 196-198 lbs, I still look very skinny, that is because I have much more weight to gain than he did so my potential is higher.

And I know that the 60 lbs I gained over the past 6 years haven't been just fat because my face still looks very lean and usually, when I bulk too much, it gets very bloated, but the only time that this sort of thing happened was when I tried to dirty bulk back in 2017 and got to 180 lbs. I then had to cut back down to 160 lbs because I was slightly above 20% body fat and looked fat.

Like I said, back in 2019, I tried being vegan but it didn't work for me. My main problem was that it gave me too much gas and constant diarrhea because I was eating way more fiber than my body could handle. I was eating around 100-120g of fiber per day and my body couldn't digest that.

As soon as I switched to animal protein, all my problems were automatically solved, my stools were of a better texture, and I wasn't having nearly as much gas as before, and it was much easier to bulk because there was less fiber and the foods were more calorie dense so they didn't take up as much space in my stomach.

The problem with vegan diets isn't the lack of protein, but the excessive amount of dietary fiber, which most people cannot digest properly.
In my case, it was even worse than the average person because I cannot even digest a small amount of lentils or beans, so even in a normal meal, it can cause my digestive issues. But I can eat 400g of chicken per day very easily without any issues.

If the vegan diet works for you and doesn't prevent you from progressing in the gym, then that's fine, but for many of us, it is not the right option. Maybe you grew up eating those foods so now your body is used to it, and maybe your ancestors were vegetarian so your people would have evolved to eat like that.

Yea for me I can't shit if I eat too much animal protein , plant fibre gives me smooth shits

I get most of my fiber from a quest protein bar (15g), sprouted grain bread (5.2g), a fudge bar (5g), a fruit (3.5g), jasmine rice (3.4g), dates (3.2g). So a total of around 35g (sometimes 40g). I can also tolerate 50g, but if I go too high above my usual 35g, my body doesn't handle it very well.

What really made me stop being vegan is when I got so much abdominal pain that I went to the hospital and they told me that it was because of my vegan diet, when I followed the nurse's advice, all my problems went away.
