i can’t water fast jfl, can’t stop myself from eating. ate 1.6k-1.7k today. deficit is at 1.2k for today tho i calculated, gonna try reach a 2k deficit. about to walk to gym again (1hr walk total) and hop on the stair master for a bit (already did weight training today. may do some more idk)
