TL;DR: selecting for mental traits can affect physical traits (physiognomy). Becoming civilised has made us shorter, dumber, recessed, sicker and more social.

Your life is basically determined by how you were able to develop in the womb.

Autistic people are basically non domesticated humans.

Women selecting for chads is just the human race autocorrecting thousands of years of self domestication, there is no reason to hate women for doing this. They should just be respectful when they do this.
