For all non-UKcels.. Cummings is the Prime Ministers advisor and apparently he broke the lockdown rules to take his disabled child home to his wife or something along those lines back in April.

The media are in a massive frenzy over this and he's even getting international coverage at CNN..


The man is hated and loathed because he is bald. Simple as that. If he was a traditionally handsome guy with a full head of hair things would be no way near as bad as this. Looks is everything
