because of testosterone replacement therapy. man after age 60 does taking it. you cannot get high testo at that age naturally especially if you are fat like donald trump.

possibly but they were just high for his age, not in general. so not out of the question that it's natural.
With correct supplementation you can actually increase test levels a fair amount when they begin to drop naturally but I doubt he does that

i don't believe that's true if you're fat. if you are already healthy and lean maybe it works.
