Don't bother doing anything if you don't have a high attention span

Any new addition to your routine, whether lifting, studying, or looksmaxxing, shouldn't even be considered if your attention span isn't in the 99th percentile

As the difference between the user who does all the softmaxxes and DIY hardmaxxes in 6 months and scheduled a surgery for next year, and the rotter who never made any progress is simply their attention span

You should only chop the tree when your axe is sharp
You should only change your life when your attention span is high

As it's simply bad ROI to put effort into chopping the tree when you would make much more progress by first sharpening the axe

Not going to waste my time explaining what a high-attention-span lifestyle is
ADHD pills make the transition much easier and shorter

I'd recommend you take the pills at a therapeutic dose for a month straight while simultaneously cutting out everything that degrades your attention span

I say only for a month, as I don't find any need to be on them for any longer

You retain the majority of the increased attention span you obtain and the lifestyle

Doesn't work, don't even bother. Even meditating for an hour straight won't do anything if your lifestyle degrades your attention span.

It's like thinking eating a salad will make up for years of bad diet choices

I recommend you be gradual with adopting a more high-attention-span lifestyle
Don't just go from 0-100
Let the changes you made solidify a bit before making more

Easiest way to increase attention span is to cut all those things from your life that shorten it. This means almost anything involving scrolling for hours on end (including this forum). Quick hits of notification, posts, comments, all of it feeds into this.
Whilst adopting practices that require you concentrate for longer periods of time like reading, writing and other stuff that I can't remember.
