Everything you need is on the surface web. I was curious & browsed it, at first it was just normal gun sites, drug sites, passports, counterfeit money and shit but then it got a little bit upgraded and it was bigger guns, grenade launchers,

then it got upgraded and it was bad stuff, bad stuff, bad stuff, you can imagine what it is, a video of a guy killing a kid just because the kid looked at him in a wrong way. this happened in a poor third world african country obviously, if he did that in germany or something, he couldn't do it that easily. he probably killed the kid and didn't go into prison or get in law trouble. he prob kills random kids in africa a lot.

It's not illegal to browse these sites or watch, i didnt watch it on purpose anyways, its legal, only illegal to buy something.

Well, actually it is illegal if the content is cp. However, if you weren't specifically looking for that and it just appeared on a thumbnail and you didn't click it, you should be okay. But if the thumbnail clearly states the age of the person and you click it then watch the entire clip, ugh, illegal. If you then save it to disk or screen capture it, VERY illegal.
