if your in tanner stage 4+, then aromatase inhibitors mean little to nothing.
in all studies conducted, for ppl at tanner stage 4, it brough minimal to 0 affect on rate of fusion.
in fact there was a study where in a relatively small sample size (i think 9 guys) who were tanner 4-5, it showed an upwards trend in estrogen. so meaning, estrogen actually seemed to rise in some of them. now this rise wasnt statistically significant but also shows how letrozole was unable to stop fusion.
the reason for this upwards trend could be that since AI's increase testosterone, this also increases the substrate that can then become estrogen.
also another thing to note is that they didnt use the gold standard for measuring estrogen levels, so its possible that the results were somehwat off.
now, you would think that still it cant damage taking it right? well since there was an increase in test, there was also more acne and other side affects.
exemestane has other problems too.
im still not sure if one should take it or not, maybe you should, it doesnt seem to be something too detrimental. but u will likely get a cm out anyways if u have some time. so i think its not worth it much at all.
