Im 16yo and bought GHK-CU until I realised that its cope and it doesnt work if you have hormonal acne.
GHK-Cu, a copper peptide, is often promoted for its skin-healing and anti-aging benefits, such as improving elasticity, reducing fine lines, and supporting wound healing. However, it does not address the root causes of hormonal acne. Hormonal acne is primarily driven by androgen activity, excess sebum production, clogged pores, and inflammation caused by bacteria. Since GHK-Cu does not regulate hormones or sebum production, it is not an effective treatment for this type of acne. At best, it may help the skin recover after breakouts, but it cannot prevent or stop hormonal acne itself.
