(DON’T EVER DIRTY BULK)
Talking from experience…
Long short story……
Back in Highschool I started watching videos from famous bodybuilders, one of them was rich piana, I ended up following his methods (as a natural) I started eating everything trying to gain weight, I started at 170 and ended up at 200 towards the end of the bulk, I used my friends ids to get extra burgers at the school cafeteria, got caught with 5 burgers in my backpack… lead to detention for using my friends ids, anyway I gained the weight towards the end of my bulk, I never looked worst, it’s not worth gaining all that weight even if you agree to losing it after on a heavy cut, once you start eating like a fat pig, you feel like a fat pig, you get lethargic, sad, 0 confidence, so in my experience, it’s not worth it, keep it simple, eat clean, do your cardio and you will feel and look so much better, to lose all that extra fat I spent hours on the stairs, ended up getting very lean, but not worth it, from personal experience dirtybulk is stupid. The leaner you stay while gaining muscle, the more you will thank yourself for not putting yourself in situations where you gotta hardcore diet to lose all extra fat. Any questions I’m glad to help!
