Well doing NoFap takes too.
But what do you get if you have a nice streak?

I would say 24/7, unless you are banging a chick. But even then you can practice NEO(NON EJACUTALORY ORGASM) to keep most of the benefits intact.

2. those are just normal mechanisms that ensure you feel satiety after a certain number of coitus. without them you'd be a sex hungry beast 24/7 even after fucking 20 times
3. the increase of ER density/decrease in AR density was observed in the brain, thus the only effects that this will bring are psychological ones.
4. Estrogen/estrogenicity is not 100% bad like some communities make it out to be and is falsely used as a scapegoat so some people can push their ideologies.
5. I suppose the changes observed will revert back to starting levels in some hours.

I.e Replacing one habit with another

Youre not getting the same amount of reward by eating clean food and less of it, opposed to tasty junk food and more of it..

So to replace that void, masturbation is used to keep the brain at a happy level during tough times.

Problem is, masturbation is a shitty alternative to fill that void.

More food + 2 a days at the gym would even be better
