Title. This is how I learnt how to mastrubate and for me today marks one year of going without prone mastrubation after years of doing it so I have some tips if you suffer from this problem and want to quit.
First what even is prone masturbation? It's when you lie face down on your stomach and rub your dick against the bed, mattress, sheets, pillow whatever. You thrust or grind to get off.
