If you're short, ethnic and boneless, nothing will change that, I'm sorry--being unconvincingly skinny fat isn't an improvement over anything.
When I was at higher BF% I actually felt a lot better and cold never really fazed me. Now I feel like dying at 40 °F...
I don't even like eating but I think that I just have to at this point, seeing veins where there weren't any feels gross...
