Thats not my experience. Of course i have also met narcy people that are disrespectful but that is people that clearly status and looks mogged me and were the chads in their school all their life.

Most people arent like that imo.

There is a hierarchy but usually its just about who leads the way in a club or whatever
I am that person and i feel competent in that role but its not like in true friendships people go insult each other every 2 seconds thats probably only the case in chad-subhuman "friendships"

jfl at the autist OP, complimenting people is a very powerful tool to have them like you and ultimately value what you have to say in general. You don't just compliment them on something superficial, put some effort into the compliment especially if it's related to something they value a lot like a skill or hobby. People on this forum should read "how to win friends and influence people", pretty effective book at getting shit your way with people.
