I think that gymcelling in excess when you don’t have the “base” for it is just futile effort, you should obviously exercise in some degree to stay healthy but overdoing it when you won’t even look good after just sounds like clownery to me
I have to exercise at least 4 times a week :feelswah: to stay fit for my job but even then it’s preferred to keep a moderately slim build, there needs to be careful consideration put into working out and what routine is right for you

If you’re shorter probably best not to go overboard. There’s a difference between looking like the Michelin man and being lean and healthy with good muscle mass.

That’s the issue with a lot of people here - it’s either 100% or nothing.

Probably best to do exercise for yourself and not the validation of other people.

I'm 6'1, 4/10 face, 10 years of gym and I can tell you one thing. NATURAL GYM IS COPE. I didn't get any PSL points form gymming hard 4 times a week, pure diet for 10 years. GYM IS COPE IF YOU ARE AVERAGE. It won't boost you. YOU CAN SPEND 10 YEARS OF GYM EATING LIKE AUSCHWTIZ SURVIVOR FOR DECADE AND THERE ARE GUYS WITH 70IQ WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT GYM IS MOGS YOU INTO OBLIVION. I like to beat my records, gym is catharsis for me and that's why I keep going after 10 years. It gave me nothing if it comes to dating.

Doing too much is usually just trained obliques and traps. Or having narrow clavicles(then it’s over anyway)

Both these muscles are only trained by retards. Generally doing side delts, chest and back is almost never too much

I’m about 6’1 nothing crazy and I’ve noticed I’m genuinely the tallest in my gym by a decent distance. rarely see anyone over 5’8 consistently

For almost everyone the more muscular and stronger version of themselves will look and be better. Yes it won't magically get you women but you shouldn't let women's opinions control you to much. You should just focus on your own health and improving yourself for your own benefits.
