most of you retards don’t even know your maintenance so can’t even do a 500 cal deficit. and if you do, you think you can eat back the 300 cals you burnt on the stair master, but calories aren’t cumulative jfl so you end up in a surplus jfl. and 500-1500 a day deficit takes too long anyway.
calorie cumulative is not true:
it’s not the left side like you think jfl
right side is correct, your body will adapt by decreasing metabolism with increased cardio or movement, it does eventually taper off and metabolism doesn’t drop no more, but i’m willing to bet no one does that much cardio
