This is true but we have to remember that many of the men who are known to have aged well have also been doing everything they can to age gracefully.

Most men don't even do skin care to maintain collagen, botox, fillers, stay out of the sun, stay low BF, intermittent fast to delay aging process, ketogenic diet, avoiding alcohol and smoking, and so on.

It's a meme that men age better. However men can get away with subtle signs of aging much better than women. Men look at women's youthfulness instinctively as a sign of fertility.. we are hardwired. So long as a man doesn't let his eyes sink in as Alain Delon did in his 30's.. or get marionette lines, deep nasolabial folds or other failos then generally it's "good enough" while women are judged ruthlessly based on all aspects including youthful glow.

So no you won't age gracefully if you aren't putting serious effort into it or otherwise won the genetic lottery. But if you were to put a 35 yo man and a 35 yo woman who both aged gracefully side by side, the 35 yo man can still attract prime women while the woman is basically post wall and needs to date same age or higher no matter what. Also status + money can indeed increase physical attraction. There were studies where women were more aroused by men with status or money.. it's not just cope to get gold diggers but also an instinctual response similar to how men view youthfulness.

Paging @DrTony who will likely confirm what I'm saying. Take care of yourself and become someone respectable and you'll still be pulling prime 18-24 women.
