I hopped on Reta while I was at 10% bf already, deadly mistake. I did it cuz my face was still not super lean(imo) others disagreed. I dropped down to prolly 6-8% bf, I finally look how I wanted to, but I’ve heard nothing but bad comments from family and friends. This is your reminder that hollow cheeks aren’t everything, and that your health is superior. Although I think I look better it’s just cuz it’s conforming to norms set on here, that don’t fit my face. Don’t get too lean, it’s a curse, I feel like shit, I’m hungry always despite being in Reta, my eye area is doomed, and the only good thing is that I can’t be bloated and my physique is nice. But none of that matters if you look like shit

Tbh I need to cut too, do you think I need reta if I'm already mentally prepared to cut down food?

I've done it before no problem, never had issues with not eating much

Uhh js being malnutritioned is a big thing, like im on a bulk and don’t have hollows anymore but arguably look better than before illl upload photos of me at my lightest vs heaviest

It depends on where you’re at. It will 100% be so so so helpful to you if you’re not already close to your goal. In my case I started at most peoples dream, big mistake. What are you at right now bf wise

I have good bones it’s just I look like a skeleton now according others, I thought it looked better on me tho. Body dismorphia is truly brutal

Wow that’s insane. You’re right my cortisol is prolly through the roof along with other problems. I’m a bit of a gymcel I must have gotten lost in seeing a good physique and forgot about the other issues.

It’ll prolly help you out then, I’d say get to a healthy lean, where you can see your abs all of them but it doesn’t need to be too crazy. Cuz at a certain point if your face isn’t defined then it’s not the bf it’s the bones

I weight less than my girlfriend at a whole foot taller, and she’s pretty skinny. I have a good physique too my BMI is prolly so bad.

but low e2 levels will with the time for sure lower your bone mass density so be careful and check them

I’m on a bulk so my physique is lowk better than it was, but honestly just eating a fuckton of good food like meats and shit does wonders for ur skin tho if I skip gym I look shit cause of the bloat in the morning etc
